Binder Review and Arrival Times
We require each time on site no later than 1 hour to start of game time. 90-minutes prior is recommended. If it's your first game, we need someone on site with your affidavit between two (2) hours and 90 minutes. This person does not need to be with the entire team or even the manager, just someone who can provide the binder for review.
All managers and coaches must be aware of all state rules and timelines for pre-games. Please review the State Rules here.
Required Pre-Game Needs
Prior to each game we will require a written (preferred typed) line up with player names, numbers, and positions (along with the Manager and Coaches names) for pre-game line up announcements. Timelines for pre-game I/O and announcements will be completed in accordance with the Connecticut State Rules (linked above). Whatever was done in your district does not apply here.

Umpires
Thank you! I (Nick Dillon) will reach out to you the day or night before your game via text message. I will be away the week of the tournament but should be back for the Saturday and Sunday (IF) game. My assistant UIC and ADA for the District, Jeff Zyra, will meet you at the field and will walk you to the field prior to each game. He will keep you on time. Parking will be saved for you with orange cones behind the pressbox. Please review the communication I sent out on Saturday, July 18 for more information.
Game Changer Streaming
Cellular service is spotty at best (at least with Verizon) if you plan on streaming any of your games on Game Changer, we suggest you bring a pop-up service (e.g., Starlink). Power will not be available for any of your devices to include Starlinks or backup power for phones, etc.
